Food Diary by Bellotti Alessandro


This freemium application allows helps you to be more conscious of what you put on your plate. Not only does it track your calories but it shows you what and how much you ate. In addition to tracking your meals, it comes prefilled with caloric and nutritional information for certain foods in Italian and English and gives the option to enter in your data for those not present as well. Food Diary features a recipe section, water target section, and a tab to calculate your BMI. The only issue is that Americans will have to convert to the metric system in order to input data. Otherwise, this simple app is a good way to keep an eye on your eating habits.
