To install MySQL for just learning/testing purposes
- Goto http://www.mysql.com and register urself
- Download MySQL Community Server http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/
- Run MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard and configure the server
- Download MySQL Workbench http://www.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/
- Run Workbench and Make DBs, Tables, Columns, Queries etc
