King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Show Jumping Festival 2013

The King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Show Jumping Festival 2013 will provide the opportunity for riders from Saudi, the Gulf and the rest of the world to develop their talents and exhibit their skills in three separate tournaments: each tournament comprising of riders from the same geographic grouping.

The Festival will not only feature equestrianism, one of the world’s most prestigious sports, but will also provide a wide range of other activities for visitors.

It will be hosted at the exclusive Nofa Equestrian Resort. A location befitting an event of this stature.

The Festival has been organized by the Higher Organizing Committee headed by His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah Bin Miteb Bin Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz.

Many events and activities are allocated along with the festival; a village exclusively designated for families with Children’s recreational area, a ladies only VIP tent, special market for the productive families in order to promote and sell traditional Saudi crafts-work and home-made food and many others to revive the ancient Arabic heritage. It also allocated many recreational competitions, prizes, and raffles. In addition to that guests will have the opportunity to meet and communicate with Sports and Entertainment celebrities who will attend the festival

I am trying to check the cost of tickets, my attendance would be dependent on that.

Update(02-04-2013) – I have mentioned the time of the competitions above. The ticket is free of cost but you have to use the ‘online booking’ link on their website to get registered or else they wont let you enter.

Update(06-04-2013) – It is a very nice resort with big lush green lawns. The arrangements of the festival are very nice, there is a free buffet available for families from 5pm onwards. There are attractions for children like jumping castles, toys, games, face painting and cartoons on big screen. The weather was also very good and we had a really good time there.
