O3b Networks–Pakistan would be under its coverage

O3b Networks is a Global Satellite Services Provider that is deploying a next-generation satellite network that combines the reach of satellite with the speed of fiber.

O3b became fully financed in November, 2010 and Arianespace will launch the first eight satellites in the first half of 2013 with a Soyuz launcher from French Guyana.
