  1. While viewing the home screen, tap the phone icon
  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  3. Tap Settings followed by Voice Mail
  4. Complete one of the following:
    • To set a password for the first time, tap Set Password

Move a call to BBM Video

Make conversations more personal by moving a phone call to a BBM Video call instead.

If the person you are speaking to has access to BBM Video as well, all you need to do is tap the BBM Video button that’s displayed and you’ll be able to hear and see each other.

Clear your call log

Recently a friend mine asked me how they could clear their call log because they didn’t want their significant other to see calls she had made to a travel agency.

Long story short, she was going to surprise her loved one with a trip and didn’t want him to find out since he occasionally uses her device.

So how did we clear the call log? Easy, just open the Phone app, swipe down from the top and tap the Clear Call Log button!

Customize your speed dial list

Did you know that you can add up to nine contacts or numbers to your speed dial list? Here’s how to do it!

Adding a contact or number to the speed dial list

  1. Open the Phone app
  2. Tap FTF-Phone-Calls Calls or FTF-Phone-Contacts Contacts along the bottom of the screen
  3. Touch and hold a contact or phone number
  4. Tap FTF-Phone-Favorite Add to Speed Dial

Removing a contact or number from the speed dial list
