I will share my feedback after visiting it.

Update(2-2-14): We reached there around 7:05pm and it was already crowded. There were separate entrances for men and women, at the entrance there were some stalls on which Islamic books, DVDs and Toys were on sale. Some books were free as well. Also there was information available for an online Islamic University.

In the hall there was no water allowed, we were taken to upstairs, at around 8:05pm the doors were closed and the entrance for the lower portion of the hall was opened, it didnt seem fair that the people came earlier got the last seats and the people who came late got the front seats, anyway soon the doors of the lower portion were also closed and the hall was full. Remaining people stayed outside.

The lecture started around 8:35pm. The sound system was not good, it was difficult to understand words thus hardly after 20min people started to leave, those seats were filled by new people allowed to come inside and thus this kept on going till the whole event ended. Also the big screen was not showing the live video of this event and thus I could only tell that the person standing on the stage must be Zakir Naik, I couldn't see him close enough throughout the event.

The lecture was of around 1.5 hrs and then there was QA session, several questions and their answers were interesting and 10 people converted to Islam.

In women section things were pretty bad as they were shown the session on a small TV which was even smaller than the TVs available in homes and it was placed on floor and thus there was no visibility from far. Also the sound was also coming from the TV and thus it didn't reach back and thus soon women got busy in their own chatting.

So over all the arrangements were not good, specially this was not expected by such a well established organization. But the content of the lecture is very good and it can be an eye opener for a non-Muslim.
