ASAS Exhibitions And Conference Organizing Company came to the line of organizing exhibitions and conferences as power to upgrade the conduction of exhibits and conferences and an important addition in this activity, which allied with all industrial, commercial, educational and health, and all services in the government and private sectors, and through its scientific, educational, human capabilities and the huge know-how which founded the company and created its distinction in this line of business.
I will share my feedback after visiting it.
Update(17-4-14): We went there on 15th at around 4:25pm and it was a nightmare, it was the worse organized event I have ever attended in KSA. Firstly the registration guy said that the registrations would start after half hour, that means 1 hour delayed start of the event. We saw people going inside without registration thus we went it and the stalls were not ready yet. We had a round and found out that the stall for Austria was ready thus we started getting info about Austria, it might have been 29 minutes or so that the security guys came and kicked everyone out of the hall. Then outside we waited for another 1.5 hours, i.e. around 6:30pm and still we were not allowed to enter. We asked at the registration and they said it might open at 7pm or 7:30pm, a security guy said it would open tomorrow. With this huge uncertainty we decided to come back.
We went there again yesterday at around 4:30pm. We made this effort of going there again because in last 3.5 years this was the 1st time I found such an event happening in Riyadh where I could get readily available info about traveling for several countries. This time there was no fuss, we visited every stall, other countries with stalls were UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordon, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, Argentina, Switzerland, Tunisia, Korea and Bosnia.
There were also several tour operators, we were able to gather good info about vacations packages, special offers, travel costs etc.
