How to get an Appointment in Pakistan Embassy, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Passport Renewal - Step by Step Guide with Snapshots (Updated)

Procedure for taking online Appointment:

Pakistan Embassy Riyadh has recently introduced online appointment allocation system for Passport Renewals. If your MRP (Machine Readable Passport) is about to expire then just take an appointment (token) through the method given below and visit the Embassy on the appointed time. Everyday 500 tokens are given by the Pakistan Embassy.


"Update (5th September 2016): Appointment for Machine Readable Passport Applications through phone:

The Embassy is pleased to inform that cell number +966 539451112 has been dedicated for advance booking of tokens for processing of Machine Readable Passport applications. You are advised to make calls on this number for seeking appointment for processing of Passport applications from 0900 hours to 1300 hours during working days. This service will not be available on Fridays, Saturdays and other official holidays."

3. This will take you to the Login Page: http://pakembassyksa.com/Login.aspx , if you have an account then login, if you don’t have an account then click on ‘Create New Account’.



4. This will take you to New User Registration Page: http://pakembassyksa.com/User_Profile.aspx , Enter your information and the CAPTCHA at the end and click submit:



5. This will reload this page, scroll down to see the Message ‘Your are now register as new user’ near Submit Button.


6. Go to Login Page again at http://pakembassyksa.com/Login.aspx and enter your user information which you provided while making the new user and click ‘Sign In’:



7. This will take you to the home page, click on Advance Token:



8. This will open the page for taking appointments, fill in the appropriate information and click on ‘Get Appointment’ to get your token. The dates which are strikethrough are already fully booked.



9. This will open a page with the Token number, print this page:

Procedure for Passport Renewal:

Documents Required:

1. Token Print Out
2. NIC Original and Copy
3. Passport Original and Copy
4. Iqama Copy
5. Renewal Fee

• Take an appointment in Pakistan Embassy as per the procedure mentioned above or you can take appointment token at Embassy’s main gate. The appointment time is usually between 12pm – 2pm.

• With only one registration, one can get separate tokens for all family member.

• It is recommended to reach half hour before the appointment time.

• The fee for Passport renewal is as follows:

• Expected time required to complete the process in Embassy is 1hr. Zuhar break is of half hr.

• You can get your Passport delivered at your home once its renewed. For that contact Aramex counter inside embassy:
• Charges for delivery inside Riyadh SR 30.
• Charges for delivery outside Riyadh SR 35.

• If you are getting your new passport delivered via Aramex then plz check the procedure of getting your old passport stamped as 'Cancelled' at Embassy or by asking Aramex courier person.

• If you have not used Aramex then you can collect your Passport from Embassy as per belows details:

• Sunday to Wednesday 09:00 am to 12:00 pm & 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm
• Thursdays 09:00 am to 12:00 pm & 02:00 pm to 03:00 pm

• Nasir Jamil: I visited Pak embassy in Riyadh yesterday for renewal of my passport. I live in Jubail, therefore, booked an appointment online. Reached in embassy at 1:30 PM.
  Amazing..........
  45 minutes process for renewal of Machine Readable Passport (MRP) in Pak Embassy Riyadh.
  Moreover.......... No need to re-visit the embassy to collect your passport. it will be delivered by Aramax to your place anywhere in Saudia. Aramex charges 30 Riyals for within Riyadh & 35 Riyals for anywhere else in Saudia. Aramex window is located inside the embassy.
  Appointment token is available online (website) or at the main gate.
  No need to rush or come very early in the morning. Token is available any time during the day, preferably reach at embassy before 1 PM.

• AJMAL KHAN: The time for online token has been fixed after 12:00 noon. You can first register and then get the token. With only one registration, one can get separate tokens for all family member. You may reach the embassy about half an hour earlier. If your documents are ok and you have all photo copies, after reaching within one hour the process will complete.

• King Malik: got online appointment with token number. reached one hour late because of traffic but still I was able to submit my passport renewal fee for 10 years (SR250) documents required are.. 01- Token Number 02- NIC Copy 03- Passport Copy 04- Money :D .... and then... security guard ko itni jugten marin k baki ka kaam us ne 10 15 min me kerwa diya LOL.. the staff at Pakistan embassy riyadh was very cooperative and professional after the submission of fee it took me 30 min to clear other procedure such as fingerprints (aunty incharge of this section was looking ridiculously bored) then application verification, interview etc.. they objected my application first asking me why I didnt went to Jeddah embassy as it was near Abha city... but after my clafication they cleared it.. its not a big deal. in the end exchanged numbers with new friends and went back to airport.
  IMPORTANT NOTE- ORIGINAL NIC IS NOT REQUIRED ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DEMAND IT.  I forgot to mention IQAMA COPY is needed as well.
