Software Testers Required for a Bank in KSA

Gulf Links is looking for software testers with IST switch and Cotex minimum 4 years experience. 

Job Description:	We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our organization. The candidate must be from the banking domain, especially Temenos. He should have at least 4-5 yrs of experience in software testing. This role will join a team-oriented group of software testers and developers. You will be hired to use and test software for the purpose of locating and eliminating bugs in the product. Performing specific tests, you will examine all aspects of a product from an end-user's perspective. -------
Preferred Qualification:	Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related field. 4+ years in software testing specific to Banking domain. Candidates with non-banking domain should not apply. Testing and product knowledge experience in T24 (Temenos) is must. Knowledge of modern test methodologies/ Good analytical skills Knowledge of SDLC/ Proven problem solving skills Knowledge in skills and in the use of technologies for detecting and tracking defects Knowledge in concepts of testing Understanding and knowledge of quality assurance processes and methods used in software development Good (written and oral) communication skill Be able to prepare project documentation within Company standards. Fluent in the use of software development tools and Utilities/Team player. ---------
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:	Implementation of developed test plans specific for software, especially Temenos. Provision of input for software test plans Designing of test cases for test plans Creation of the test scenarios in which tests are carried out Review of software test cases and checking of the test cases Keeping track of standards set by software testing authorities Performance of testing on functionality of software Reporting defects and problems that occurred during the test process Performance of test duties for regression Using a tracking system to track reported problems with software Preparation of software test evaluation reports Implementation and participation in walkthrough of software Have a thorough understanding of the testing associated technologies. Provide both high level and detailed test sizings as part of the release process and manage the workload and schedules. Review/develop test strategies/plans, test cases and perform/oversee in depth feature testing, integration testing, system testing and bug verifications in different environments. Be the primary test focal point for all features in the release and provide clear and concise test updates on status and issues in cross functional meetings.
