Feedback for 'Get in the Ring' Events

Yesterday I attended Get in the Ring Regional Final Middle East at Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh. I would like to share some feedback on the event.

Firstly many congratulations to GITR on the successful event. It was much better than the previous events happened in Riyadh. As GITR is conducting events in many countries where people don't speak English as their 1st language thus I have felt that some contestants are unable to explain their idea/startup in the given 1min/30sec time just due to lack of proficiency in english. I would like to suggest that the contestants should have an option to show a video of 30sec/1min to introduce their startup which can help the audience and champions grasp the idea easily and quickly.

Now this can lead to another problem that some startups might not have the money to create a good intro video whereas other might already have such resources. To cater that I would like to suggest that the template of the video should be fixed by GITR and the startup is only allowed to fill in the information (Text/Voice). This will make sure that no one gets undue edge due to lack of proficiency in english or due to lack of resources to create a good video.

Hopefully this will improve GITR events more.
