Closing Laptop Lid Changes the Resolution in Windows 10 for Select Laptops

Windows 10 Creators Update has brought an issue for Integrated 4th and 5th Generation Intel Graphics Cards. When you close the lid of your laptop, Windows reduces the resolution of your laptop and thus when you open the lid, the open windows on your laptop resizes to smaller sizes. It also affects icons positioning on your desktop.

I spent around 6hr trying to find a solution but the most relevant information I could find was that Intel is not interested in upgrading drivers for 4th and 5th Generation Intel Graphics Cards thus there is no proper solution to this problem as of now.
