Solution for Google Maps not working on Google Chrome on Windows

Chrome only shows big white grids, No Maps. Usually, if you switch to the incognito window, the Maps work. Signing out does not make Maps work.

The solution that worked for me is deleting "gsScrollPos." cookies:
