GAJRELLA

INGREDIENTS:

Milk 2 liters

Shredded red carrots ½ kg

Sugar ½ cup

Water ½ liter

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Take a big sized pan and add all the ingredients and cook them until the quantity of milk is reduced to half liter.

P.S The consistency of end mixture is thick.
