Plz note that the residents of Saudi Arabia can perform Hajj only once in 5 years and during Hajj days the entrance in Makkah is not allowed to anyone who don’t have Hajj permit (tasreeh).

- Hajj Vaccination:
- We got Hajj vaccination from Kingdom Hospital which cost us SR350/head. They gave us a small card with a stamp which would be used as a proof of our vaccination. Later I got to know that in a cheaper hospital/clinic it would cost less. Thus we got our Blood Group checked from Mursalat Clinic and it cost us SR25/head. They gave us a plain printed paper with blood group mentioned on it.
- In 2016, Uber provided Hajj Vaccination Free of Cost. Call uber and tell them you want hajj vaccination. They will bring a nurse from local health care and get it done free of cost. This service was available till 25th August 2016.
- Visit your area's govt health center and they will do free of charge.
- Odorless Soups: We found QV Bar Soups of SR 29 each from Kunooz Alseha, Takasussi Street, Riyadh. (It was good that we bought these soups because the soups provided to us by our Hajj service in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah were all perfumed soups.)

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullh,
Since Hajj is coming and many people are doing preparation for Hajj, I feel it better to circulate some Hajj guides for those who are residing in Saudi Arabia and intending to perform Hajj this year. As you know that since last 2 years the Saudi authorities have started Hajj booking online for the locals (Saudi Nationals & Foreign Residents i.e. Iqama Holders). The booking of this year will start on 24 July, 2017, Monday (First Zul Qada 1438) at 8 am.
🌼Following are the complete steps to book a Hajj package:

🌼On the first page there are details of three types of packages offered by the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.
1. Normal Fare: It provides different level of services with different pricing for the pilgrims. (The cost of last year was: 6,000-10,000 SR)
2. Low Fare: It is the most economical service program (The cost of last year was: 3,250-5,500 SR)
3. Moyassur: It provides accommodation in Azizia (Makkah) instead of Mina camps. (The cost of last year was: 3,000 SR)
This cost consists of the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 24 hours water, juice & tea for six days.
Once you select any of the Hajj packages, the next step is to start the Reservation process. From the main menu, under “Packages & Reservation” select “Reservation Request”. On the Reservation Request page, fill the required information and then click submit.
After reservation request is submitted, list of all available operators will be shown. You can modify the search parameters from the bar on the left side. As the portal is new, currently there are very limited parameters available to shortlist the operator. Once you short list an operator, you can view the location of their tent in Mina by clicking “Show Mina Camp”. Important things to note before booking a package is the distance from Jamarat or distance from Train, the shorter, the better. It is recommended to go for the package which provides train transportation between ritual places. Click the “Details” button to check on more information and the complete list of services provided by the operator.
Fill the complete Pilgrim Information as every field is required. To speed the process, save Iqama number, Birth date (as per Iqama) of all the pilgrims in a notepad beforehand.
Now you can select the date you want to leave Mina, it can be either 12 Dhul Hajj or 13 Dhul Hajj. By my experience, this does not matter because the operator has already planned that it is gonna be 12 or 13 Dhul Hajj.
After all the information is submitted, detail Terms & conditions will be displayed with the cancellation process and cost, reservation rules and some other information. Read all the instructions thoroughly and then press “I Agree”.
Now all the information regarding the package is shown. Click submit button. You have 72 hours to make the payment or the reservation will be cancelled.
The reservation summary will be shown with all the detail. Save all the details in a PDF file. Payment information is also mentioned on this page. The payment can be done through SADAD. You have 72 hours before the reservation is automatically cancelled. During the payment, reservation number should be used to make the payment through SADAD.
After payment, the contract no. will be sent to you by message on your mobile & email. It means that your application has been approved by the Ministry. Now you have to submit the vaccination certificate and a photo either by hand or online to the agent (Hajj Company). After few days your TASREEH (Hajj Permit) will be issued. You can travel to Makkah by your convenience also with this Tasreeh.
🌹In the fare of Hajj Moyassur, the accommodation will be provided in Aziziah (Makkah) instead of Mina or Muzdalfah. There is no deference between the facilities of Low Fare & Normal Fare, but there are only few seats for Low Fare. If you want to find the seat in Low Fare, please prepare yourself with all documents (Name, Iqama No., Date of birth, & Mobile no etc.) before 8AM on 24 July, Monday (1 Zul Qada 1438) and start the process on time. It can take some times because the website will be slow.
Where you will get the Khaima خيمة in Mina or Muzdalfah? There are seven categories of Khaima:
A1, A2, B, C, D1, D2 & E
A1 is near Jamarat, while E is in Muzdalfah, as much you will be away from Jamarat you will have to pay less.
🌴Note: Staying at Mina in Ayyame Tashreeq أيام التشريق is سنة in the opinion of Imam Abu Hanifa in the light of Ahadeeth, while other Ulamas say that it is واجب but nowadays all the Ulamas say that if a Haji stays in any khaima located in Muzdalfah, Damدم is not necessary for him as Imam Abu Hanifa has said in the light of Ahaeeth before 1300 years.
🌴Note: I have written these instructions as per the experiences of the last 2 years, but there may be some changes which will be known on 24 July 2017 (1 Zul Qada 1438).

السلام علیکم ورحمۃاللہ وبرکاتہ،،، گزشتہ دو سال سے سعودی حکومت نے سعودی عرب میں رہنے والے حضرات کے لئے حج کی ادائیگی کے لیے آن لائن حج رجسٹریشن شروع کیا ہے۔ امسال بھی یکم ذو القعدہ 24جولائی بروز پیر کو صبح آٹھ بجے سے آن لائن حج رجسٹریشن شروع ہونے جارہا ہے۔ گزشتہ دونوں سال تین درجات بنائے گئے تھے، آسان حج (Moyassur)، رعایتی حج (Low Fare) اور عام کلاس(Normal Fare)۔ آسان حج کی قیمت تین ہزار ریال تھی، رعایتی حج کی قیمت 3250 ریال سے لے کر 5500 ریال ٹرین کے ٹکٹ کے ساتھ تھی۔ اور عام کلاس میں تقریباً چھ ہزار ریال سے دس ہزار ریال ٹرین کے ٹکٹ کے ساتھ تھی۔ جو معلومات ہمیں حاصل ہوئیں ہیں اس کے مطابق امسال غالباً تھوڑا چارج زیادہ رہے گا۔ رعایتی حج اور عام کلام میں سہولیات کے اعتبار سے کوئی فرق نہیں ہوتا ہے البتہ حکومت کی فیس رعایتی کلاس میں کم ہوتی ہے، البتہ اس کی سیٹیں بھی محدود ہوتی ہیں۔ رعایتی کلاس میں رجسٹریشن حاصل کرنے کے لیے صبح آٹھ بجے سے بڑی تعداد میں لوگ رجسٹریشن کرانے کی غرض سے ویب سائٹ کھولتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے ویب سائٹ صحیح طریقہ سے کام نہیں کرتی ہے، لیکن مسلسل جدوجہد کے بعد کامیابی مل جاتی ہے۔
