"Very Peaceful", I took 2 rooms, stayed there for 1 night with 2 people and 1 kid on 17th October 2017
Positives:
- . Location was very peaceful, there were small mountains all around the hotel.
- . The hotel gave us a discount on rooms rates as it was the off-season.
- · Staff was friendly and helpful.
- . Value for money.
- . The room and washroom were spacious.
- . We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime.
- . AC was good.
- . There was a play area for kids, my son enjoyed playing there a lot.
- · I would like to stay here again.
Negatives:
- . Bed size was very small, I had to sleep on the floor.
- . There is no Masjid or market at walking distance.

"Value for money", I stayed there for 3 night, along with my family. I took 1 room from 18th to 21st October 2017.
Positives:
- . The hotel allowed us an early check-in.
- · Staff was friendly and helpful.
- . Value for money.
- . The room and washroom were spacious, neat and clean.
- . Bed size was good.
- . We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime.
- . Soundproofing of the room was excellent.
- . AC was good.
- . Room service was good.
- . Upon request, we received a baby coat free of cost.
- . Lifts were very good, we did not have to wait even in peak hours.
- . Breakfast was good, the dining room had a good view.
- . The bus shuttle service to haram was frequent, almost every 20min but on prayer time it was difficult to find a seat in the bus.
- · I would like to stay here again
Negatives:
- . Car Parking is not that big, considering the size of the hotel. The entrance to B2 floor is narrow for big cars.
- . We received a call from Hotel's Customer Relations Dept. while we were sleeping thus it was not pleasant.
- . There was only 1 bedside table, there should be 1 with each bed.
- . The flushing should from the washroom was enough to wake everyone up in the room.
- . There was no initiative from the hotel to help with the luggage when we arrived.
