In KSA, the telecom sector customer services are not up to the mark. Many times activating or deactivating a service can take very long time and sometimes even after long waits its not solved.
If you come across such an issue and it is not getting resolved then you can raise a complain to CITC (Communications and Information Technology Commission), Saudi Arabia, which is the Telecom Authority of Saudi Arabia and it can help you resolve the issue quickly.
You can raise your complaint about any of the following Telecom Service Providers:
- Saudi Telecom Company (STC)
- Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily)
- ZAIN
- Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO)
- Bayanat Al Oula for Network Services
- Integrated Telecom Co. Ltd. (ITC)
- To raise your complaint go to the following link and click on the service provider you want to raise complaint against and fill the form:
http://www.citc.gov.sa/English/Services/Complaints/Pages/DPCChoiceServiceProvider.aspx
- This complain will be submitted to the service provider directly and you would receive an SMS with the complaint number. Keep this number safe for tracking purposes.
- If your issue is not resolved in a few days, check its status by visiting the following link and entering the complaint number you received earlier.

- If your issue is not resolved in 15 days then you can raise a complaint to CITC by visiting the following link:
