How to take a screenshot of your device Press the Volume Up key and the Volume Down key at the same time to take a screenshot, which will be saved to your Pictures folder. If you have BlackBerry Balance set up on your BlackBerry 10 device, screenshots will save to the Pictures folder in your work perimeter unless the work perimeter was locked prior to taking the screenshot.
