BlackBerry 10.2.1 has officially launched today. One of the most important updates to the OS is the addition of direct Android APK installation for apps. This means you no longer have to convert Android APKs to BAR files to then sideload onto your device. Now with 10.2.1, you can simply download an APK over-the-air (on your browser), and install the app right on your device (check out our How To on installing APKs on your device). In order to do that, you have to find the APK of the app you want installed. Googling for these APKs can get really annoying after some time, and you may end up downloading something you don’t want, so we’ve decided to compile a list, a Download Center if you will, of APKs that have been hugely popular on Android, and aren’t available for BlackBerry 10, for your downloading pleasure. The list we’ve put together is strictly for free apps. We will not be adding any paid apps to this list at any point, so don’t bother asking for any. Otherwise, we would love to take some requests, so leave us a comment with an app you’d like added to the list. Also, feel free to bookmark this page for future reference, as we will keep updating these links with the latest versions of the apps we have, while also adding more apps as well.
