Updatein Places for BlackBerry 10 has been updated to version 1.8, bringing lots of new features and fixes. For those of you who don’t know the app, Updatein Places is a location based search application that helps you find nearby places such as restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations and much more. Here’s what’s new in version 1.8: - Fixed Black screen issue.
- Language Support: Updatein Places now available in 31 languages (English (US), French, Italian, German, Spanish, Arabic, Basque, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Turkish, Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Vietnamese, Hindi, Bahasa Malaysia). Simply update this build and get the app in your device language.
- Introducing Offline History: Track and manage your browsing history and access the listings even without internet connection.
- Added Google street view on detail pages. Available only in Google street view supported countries: (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Iceland, Australia, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Botswana, Thailand, New Zealand.)
- Added Google reviews and ratings on the detail pages.
- Scroll to top feature on search listing pages.
- Minor UI Tweaks.
