In Dec 2006 I visited world’s largest cylindrical aquarium, AquaDom. It contains 1 Million litres of Berlin water enhanced with 33 tons of sea salt, circulated every hour. It contains 1,500 tropical fish and over 50 different species, its height is 25m and it is made of acrylic, with a thickness of 16cm on the top and 22cm at the bottom. Pics can b seen in my fb/picasa albums.
