Going through the mailbag this week I found this health app in my inbox. This native application tracks your fitness stats to keep you abreast of your progress. It offers step counting (with the ability to adjust sensitivity), sleep tracking, weight tracking with weekly summary graph, daily health report, sedentary notifications, calories burned tracker, and dark and light theme. Users may view their stats either daily, weekly, or monthly. In settings, it allows for users to select the preferred units for height and weight, enable the active frame, and show hub notifications. Health for BlackBerry is free to download from BlackBerry World for BlackBerry 10 and is ad free.
