- Tap Settings
- Tap BlackBerry ID
- Tap the Confirm Email button
- If Confirm Email does not appear, this indicates that you have already confirmed your BlackBerry ID!
- Open your email address and find the message from donotreply@blackberry.com with the subject Confirm your BlackBerry ID email address
- In the email, click on the confirm your email address link
- Enter your BlackBerry ID password and click Submit
Using BBM on Android, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Windows Phone - Open BBM
- Tap the More button in the bottom right corner (3 dots)
- Tap Settings
- Tap on your BlackBerry ID
- Enter your BlackBerry ID password and tap Sign In
- Next to Email Status, tap Confirm my email
- Open your email address and find the message from donotreply@blackberry.com with the subject Confirm your BlackBerry ID email address
- In the email, click on the confirm your email address link
- Enter your BlackBerry ID password and click Submit
Using a web browser - Go to http://blackberry.com/blackberryid
- Below Already have a BlackBerry?, click Sign In
- Enter your BlackBerry ID username and password.
- Click Sign In
- Click Account Details
- Under Email Status, click Confirm my email
- Click OK
- Open your email address and find the message from donotreply@blackberry.com with the subject Confirm your BlackBerry ID email address
- In the email, click on the confirm your email address link
- Enter your BlackBerry ID password and click Submit
