Bad News! - Google is Closing Down Picasa! - My Years of Efforts will be Wasted

I would have been the 1st person to switch to Google Photos if it had offered all functionality of Picasa but Google Photos lacks even some of the basic features like organizing photos with names. Not sure if I would be able to use Google for my photos in future if all features are not made available on Google Photos.
