Adguard is wrongly blocking something on Quora.com, which prevents the "Answer Section" to appear. I lost the ability to answer on Quora since I installed Adguard and I couldn't figure out the reason until now when I opted not to filter Quora.com through Adguard.
Interestingly same is applicable to Adguard Android App as well, it is preventing the "Answer Section" to appear in Quora App.
Till Adguard fix this, you can disable Adguard for Quora.com and App.
