Recently I had to send 30KG dates to someone in Islamabad, Pakistan. DHL, Fedex and Aramex are very expensive and I had not used any other cargo service in Riyadh before thus I did a little research and found out the following:
Delivery in : 7 to 10 days
Rate: around SR 10 / KG (electronic or liquid items not allowed)
Location : There are many Saudi Post offices throughout Riyadh and infact throughout KSA. The one I used was in Mursalat, Riyadh:

Rate: SR 6.5 to SR 7 / KG + SR 50 insurance fixed for any amount
There are additional charges on big electronic items like TV, Fridge, Stove etc
There are additional charges if you want your parcel to be plastic wrapped (mine cost SR 10 per box)
