Customer Services are not up to the mark in all sectors of KSA, there are some sectors where you can ignore such services but it gets very difficult to ignore it in sectors like banking. e.g. when I opened my account, the provision of ATM card was delayed by the bank and without ATM card I could not even use my account online. So I could not get and withdraw my salary and such issues are almost impossible to ignore. If you face any issue with your bank then 1st you have to register a complaint to the bank. Each bank has a complaint section on their website or in their branch. If you are not satisfied with their response then you can register a complaint to Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) using any of the following method:

Telephone: Call them on 800-125-6666, all calls are free. Their hours of service are 8:30am - 4:00pm . Please note that their service is not available during prayer times.
Visit: Visit their Customer Services Center at SAMA Head Office, Al-Ma'ather Street, Riyadh, hours of service are 10:00am to 2:30pm .
