"Value for money", I stayed there for 3 night, along with my family. I took 1 room from 18th to 21st October 2017.

Positives:

. The hotel allowed us an early check-in.
· Staff was friendly and helpful.
. Value for money.
. The room and washroom were spacious, neat and clean.
. Bed size was good.
. We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime.
. Soundproofing of the room was excellent.
. AC was good.
. Room service was good.
. Upon request, we received a baby coat free of cost.
. Lifts were very good, we did not have to wait even in peak hours.
. Breakfast was good, the dining room had a good view.
. The bus shuttle service to haram was frequent, almost every 20min but on prayer time it was difficult to find a seat in the bus.
· I would like to stay here again

Negatives:

. Car Parking is not that big, considering the size of the hotel. The entrance to B2 floor is narrow for big cars.
. We received a call from Hotel's Customer Relations Dept. while we were sleeping thus it was not pleasant.
. There was only 1 bedside table, there should be 1 with each bed.
. The flushing should from the washroom was enough to wake everyone up in the room.
. There was no initiative from the hotel to help with the luggage when we arrived.
