"I would prefer not to stay here again", I stayed there for 1 night with my family and another family on 20th April 2018. We took 3 rooms.

Positives:

• The cooling of the AC was good.
• Washroom size was good and drainage was working fine.
• Soundproofing of the room was poor but due to the location of the room, we didn't hear much noise thus we had a peaceful sleep.
• We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime.
• We didn't have to wait much for the lifts.
• Free parking was available inside the hotel.
• There was a big open sandy area inside the hotel where children can play.
• There were malls and supermarkets within walking distance.

Negatives:

• The receptionist took a long time to arrange the rooms for us, as per him his manager did double booking and that the whole hotel was full. This is not what the guest would like to hear when you enter the hotel after driving for 4-5 hrs.
• The hotel building looked old and our floor had a smell of smoking.
• Rooms were small with queen size small beds. 
• The batteries of AC remote were missing thus I took out batteries of TV remote to use AC remote.
• I lost the key for the room thus I contacted the reception, they said they didn't have an extra key because the hotel is full but they would open the room for me. Next day I again requested for another key, they provided but the key didn't work, I had to visit reception 3 times again and again but the key didn't work, so the reception sent someone from the room cleaning to open the door, he opened, I informed him that the key was still not working, could he bring a working key, he replied, "sorry sir, I am busy" and left. So I visited the reception 4th time and the key they provided this time worked. After all this while leaving the hotel, they charged me SR 10 for the lost key.
• In the picture above, only half building is the hotel thus the pictures are tricky.
• The rooms don't look as good as in pictures.
• I would prefer not to stay in this hotel again.
