"They didn't give me a room": I visited it on 4th August 2017, along with my family.
I had confirmed booking but when I reached there, they said they are full and don't have any room available, then they asked to wait for the hotel manager for 3 hours, after 2.5 hours they said they don't have any room available and they won't let me meet the manager. I complained to Hotels.com, they tried to contact Amjad Al Salam Hotel but there was no response.
