Tips for Travelers:
“Better than last time” 4 of 5 stars, 4th Visit: I visited it along with a friend on 3rd April 2015:

“I visited it twice in 2014” 4 of 5 stars, 3rd Visit: I visited it along with my wife on Nov 30, 2014:

2nd Visit: I visited it along with my wife on Mar 16, 2014:

1st Visit was in 2012. I am unable to recall exact month/date. It was along with friends and it was good.

Tips for Travelers:
- Request the Hotel Reception for 2 keys so that you can use one to keep the AC on while you are not in the room, so that the room is not warm upon your return. Makkah’s weather is quite hot and rooms get so hot that it takes 30min+ after AC is turned on to make them cool enough.
- You can turn on TV and see live video of Haram and can make your plans according to the crowd.
- Take a room far away from the lifts so that the noise from lifts doors opening/closing don’t disturb your sleep.

- They allowed us early check-in, we reached the Hotel at around 8am and they provided us with rooms
- No issues with Shuttle Service
- No issues with AC, which we faced last time
- Lighting in the room
- Cleanliness
Negatives:
- The cleaning guy started working at around 9am in the corridor and the noise was pretty significant for anyone trying to sleep inside the room
- The fried potatoes in the breakfast were not properly cooked
- The beds are smaller for me in length

Positives:
- The shuttle service has improved a lot, infact, we didn't face any issue with the shuttle service this time
Negatives:
- AC was not working, upon complaint, it took 1.5hr for the technician to come & fix it, upon leaving he locked the remote of the AC & we couldn't change the settings, again he was called to fix it
2nd Visit: I visited it along with my wife on Mar 16, 2014:
Positives:
- Lighting in the room
- Cleanliness and drainage system of the washroom were good
Negatives:
- Coffee creamer and Tea Whitener were not present in the room
- No sleepers were available for the washroom
- There was no writing pad or pen in the room
- Shuttle service to Haram was not very quick, sometimes it took 20+ minutes to reach Haram
