Allah doesn't Shy in Exemplifying

[2.Surah Al-Baqarah : Ayah 26]
"Surely Allah is not ashamed to set forth any parable-- (that of) a gnat or any thing above that; then as for those who believe, they know that it is the truth from their Lord, and as for those who disbelieve, they say: What is it that Allah means by this parable: He causes many to err by it and many He leads aright by it! but He does not cause to err by it (any) except the transgressors."
[18.Surah Al-Kahf : Ayah 1-2]
"(All) praise is due to Allah, Who revealed the Book to His servant and did not make in it any crookedness. Rightly directing, that he might give warning of severe punishment from Him and give good news to the believers who do good that they shall have a goodly reward."

Intention for a Good or Bad Deed

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet Muhammad (sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam) narrating about His Lord I'm and said, "Allah ordered (the appointed angels over you) that the good and the bad deeds be written, and He then showed (the way) how (to write). If somebody intends to do a good deed and he does not do it, then Allah will write for him a full good deed (in his account with Him); and if he intends to do a good deed and actually did it, then Allah will write for him (in his account) with Him (its reward equal) from ten to seven hundred times to many more times: and if somebody intended to do a bad deed and he does not do it, then Allah will write a full good deed (in his account) with Him, and if he intended to do it (a bad deed) and actually did it, then Allah will write one bad deed (in his account)."

Whoever Tells a False Dream

[Sahih Bukhari : Volume 9, Book 87, Number 165]
Narrated Ibn Abbas  (Radi Allah Anhu):  The Prophet Muhammad (sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam)  said, "Whoever claims to have seen a dream which he did not see, will be ordered to make a knot between two barley grains which he will not be able to do; and if somebody listens to the talk of some people who do not like him (to listen) or they run away from him, then molten lead will be poured into his ears on the Day of Resurrection; and whoever makes a picture, will be punished on the Day of Resurrection and will be ordered to put a soul in that picture, which he will not be able to do."

I am only a Man Like You

[18. Surah Al-Kahf : Ayah 110]
"Say: I am only a mortal like you; it is revealed to me that your god is one God, therefore whoever hopes to meet his Lord, he should do good deeds, and not join any one in the service of his Lord."

[21. Surah Al-Anbiyaa : Ayah 34]
"And We did not ordain abiding for any mortal before you. What! Then if you die, will they abide?"

[Sahih Bukhari : Volume 5, Book 55, Number 654]
Narrated 'Umar (Radi Allah Anhu): I heard the Prophet (sal-allahu-alleihi-wasallam) saying, "Do not exaggerate in praising me as the Christians praised the son of Mary, for I am only a Slave. So, call me the Slave of Allah and His Apostle."
