Develop a Macro to Wrap a Selection (selected text) around a Symbol / Special Character

I used the same technique to develop the required macro in TextPad:

Wrap selection around ... in Notepad++   Is there any way to wrap the selected text in ',",),},],> or around any symbol in Notepad++?
